Laying the Foundations for Success at Plasdŵr 2C 🏡🏡🏡   Last week, we hosted an Expectations Exchange Workshop with our partners at Edenstone Group, bringing together both teams as we embark on the journey to deliver 180 new homes at Plasdŵr 2C.   This session was all about building strong relationships from the outset—understanding each other’s priorities, shaping our shared vision, and agreeing on how we’ll work together to make this development a success. With a mix of affordable and open-market homes planned, getting the foundations right—both in bricks and in partnerships—is key.   A big thank you to everyone who contributed!
