Congratulations to Tambinis for doing so well with their premium ice and gelato poles, despite #Covid19. We worked with them at the first stages of their start-up and recently supported them again to improve shelf life and develop the recipe's for some of their products. We worked on a list of suggestions for re-formulation or process improvements were proposed, which included taking a combined approach to anthocyanin protection.
