Check out this Protec installation by London GRP Roofing Ltd! ⭕ The client had reported long-standing issues due to water ingress and despite numerous attempts to locate the source of the problem, this was to no avail. Upon stripping the roof, London GRP Roofing identified where the moisture was forming and consequently being trapped inside the existing roof structure. subsequently installing ventilation measures to prevent this from continuing. Following this, Polyroof's SA Carrier Layer and Protec System were installed to achieve a seamless waterproof finish on the flat roof, the versatility of which enabled the contractors to leave the Velux rooflights in situ whilst they applied the system to the detailing.
