Excellent news that #Sutton town centre #regeneration is moving ahead with the appointment of Genr8 Kajima Regeneration to create a new vibrant and sustainable mixed-use scheme. We've been sat client-side to assist in driving ambitious plans to revitalise the town centre on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton which will see the redevelopment of the existing St Nicholas Shopping Centre, civic offices, Gibson Road car park and the vacant Secombe Theatre.
