    I conducted 23 discovery calls with Amazon sellers in 2024. Most brand owners are seeking stability on Amazon. I always discuss two growth phases for brands   1. Scaling 2. Optimising You can only focus on one at a time. When you are scaling: ⤷ Ad spend will increase ⤷ Impressions will rise ⤷ Organic share may decline ⤷ Click-through rate could drop ⤷ Conversion rate might decrease ⤷ Revenue will likely increase ⤷ Profit margins may decrease ⤷ Overall payouts might decrease I worked with Brands and we  increased their ad spend by 50% over three months. They saw a significant rise in impressions and revenue, but their profit temporarily shrink due to higher ad costs. When you are optimizing: ⤷ Ad spend will decrease ⤷ Impressions may reduce ⤷ Organic share will grow ⤷ Click-through rate will improve ⤷ Conversion rate will rise ⤷ Revenue might decrease ⤷ Profit will increase ⤷ Overall payouts will increase When we  focused on optimizing their listings and ad spend. Over three months, they reduced their advertising costs by 30%, which increased their profit margins despite a small drop in overall revenue. You can’t pursue both at the same time. We recommend dedicating at least 3 months to each goal.     Biggest Mistake Agencies Make During Brand Scalability Clients want to scale their brand revenue. Agencies are all in on this, using their best resources to test and apply new strategies. For example: On one account, revenue jumped from $97,990 to $147,689. Profit was $22,900 with a PPC spend of around $18,907. Great, right? But next month, the PPC manager focused on increasing clicks and orders. Revenue Increased from $147,689 to $296,547. PPC spend increased from $18,907 to $26,789. Profit, however, dropped from $22,900 to $17,650. In the first case, no client concerns. In the second case, clients were worried. More revenue but less profit. It’s not the managers fault they did their job perfectly. The main issue lies in Agency SOP, don't guide clients well enough on how Amazon works. When revenue goes up due to PPC strategies, profit can sometimes take a hit. We should be guiding clients on scaling strategies. In our system We build projections based on different scenarios to show what happens when we scale. Share three case scenarios in a clear guide to show clients the true picture what happens if profit goes down while revenue increases, and how profit can increase when PPC spend increases.

The main goal is they want to increase more presence on Amazon. ↳ When we create market segmentation, observe products are sold at 50% higher price than the market. ↳ Prices were high and competitor's prices were low, it was a big challenge to Achieve good conversion with consistent order.| ↳ We discussed this with the client, but they insisted on keeping the same prices on Amazon as on their website. ↳ Initially, we tested some keywords  and targeted some ASINs, but Spend and ACOS shot up from 60% to 147% in 7 days. ↳Sponsored product campaigns faced low CVR and high ACOS. We couldn't spend much, as brands restricted us to $500 to $600 monthly. ↳ We created a video from raw images and ran a video campaign, which performed better than sponsored product ads, but CVR% was still not good, with 1 order for every 10 clicks and a CPC of 2.33. If we keep getting expensive orders, we'll overspend. ↳ We tested similar category targeting in sponsored Display, which worked with high CVR and low CPC. ↳ We picked related products from the market and made a Sponsored Display ASIN targeting campaign based on CVR bids. We created 45 campaigns targeting 5 ASINs, and this worked. ↳ Keyword ranking isn’t great, we ranked on relevant keywords on page 2 or 3. Revenue is mainly from Sponsored Display campaigns and branded keywords. ↳ DTC brands get good traffic on branded keywords, and we target all branded keywords in exact match. ↳ We set PPC according to client objectives.If we focus on Sponsored Products or rank, we might not achieve high profit objectives. ↳ We help Brands to increase their product presence on Amazon. They already had good business on their website but wanted to acquire new customers on Amazon, drive traffic to their website, and achieve stability and profit within limited expenses. ------------------------------------ We have managed 7,8,9 figures Brand PPC.
