Last night, our plucky duo, Rick N. and Alistair Mackenzie, put resilience to the test by taking on the indoor climbing wall with Alistair's two boys. Gravity gave them a few ‘unexpected descents,’ but like cyber resilience, it’s all about climbing 'back-up' (pun intended). Today, the sore arms remind us that recovery is as vital as the climb.
