Delivering easy access, high value, low cost and fully PCR 2015-compliant frameworks to organisations across the UK

About us

Pretium is a specialist frameworks provider which delivers easy-access, high value, low cost and fully PCR 2015-compliant frameworks to organisations across the UK. We are not afraid to do things differently and aim to provide innovative alternatives to existing frameworks. Our products plug the gaps in current framework provision, offering new and different services which meet untapped demand and aim to accommodate future need. Pretium is a deliberately small and lean organisation led by a dedicated team, and our frameworks have been designed to remove excess waste and costs so that they are not resource heavy for clients. We specialise in single-supplier frameworks focused on delivering added value and excellent customer service and offering competitive price points, sustainable long-term value and mutual reward for members. Key features of all our frameworks include immediate access and minimal or no joining fee, direct contact with the framework supplier, performance data, benchmarking and networking and online access to real-time data and project collaboration. Our current frameworks are for: • Construction Management Services, delivered by F3CONSTRUCT – Offering end-to-end construction project services and focused on best practice, innovation and customer service. • Materials Supply and Managed Stores, provided by Travis Perkins Managed Services – Our three-tier model was developed with an emphasis on value for money, account management and operational flexibility. • Fleet, delivered by Northgate Vehicle Hire – A flexible vehicle rental solution that can react to changes within businesses and new legislation offering the operational flexibility of short-term hire whilst competing with the price of a fixed-term lease arrangement.

Cambridge City Council has begun work on its Net Zero Retrofit Pilot Project, delivered by Axis Europe via our GFP Decarbonisation Delivery framework.  The pioneering project will administer extensive upgrades to 50 1930’s council properties on Ross Street and Coldhams Grove in Cambridge, while residents remain in their homes. The project will help the properties meet the Net Zero Operational Energy target, meaning that the use of grid electricity must be balanced by the electricity generated by roof mounted PVs. Some additional properties will also be included as part of the SHDF Wave 2.1 project, which will comply with PAS 2035 and help the homes to meet a minimum EPC rating of C. To discover how the framework, developed with Contracting Authority Abri Group on behalf of the Greener Futures Partnership can help you address the green agenda, visit https://lnkd.in/dj8SqBy7 or contact us at gfp@pretium.co.uk. #decarbonisation #netzero #SHDF #greenagenda

Cambridge City Council’s pioneering Net Zero Retrofit Pilot has started on site, with Axis Europe delivering the project as main contractor. This ambitious initiative will upgrade fifty 1930s council homes on Ross Street and Coldhams Grove, significantly enhancing resident wellbeing by creating comfortable and healthy homes that are affordable to heat. Evaluation of the project delivery and post-completion monitoring will inform the development of future upgrade works to further homes across Cambridge, supporting the Council’s goal to be net zero carbon by 2030.
