The PCCS is delighted to announce a new resource for supporting the investigation of heart valve disease. Commissioned by NHS England, the PCCS have developed a referral form to guide primary healthcare teams to confidently refer patients with suspected, or known, valve disease for specialist assessment and/or echocardiography, where appropriate.
