We’re really proud to partner with this programme that celebrates young northern talent, their career achievements and gives them the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through a year-long programme. ✅ Session 3 Complete! Yesterday, our winners went through their 1st session discovering who they are, as a person and as a leader. This session reveals our winners PRINT® The Why of You profiles - our foundational report from which our winners build their insight into who they are, and why they are the way they are. This session puts a mirror in front of our winners. It can be comfortable, it can be uncomfortable. However, this self-exploration, in a peer group that is supporting you through that process, is what makes this session, and our programme, so very powerful.
