What a lovely team day we had on Monday at the beautiful Make It Wild and the weather was fanykous too. We love that we get to do these for our clients but important that we do them for us too. Every quarter we take a day out together. It’s great we make the time to do these as we know how important they are for our team engagement and wellbeing. We had a morning of sharing how we are doing half way through our year and getting updates from each of the team and then following the busiest of September’s, took some time to reflect on what we did well, what we have learnt and how we can keep looking after ourselves and each other. Then of course, a chat with Helen about Make it Wild and some lovely walks though the gorgeous woods and meadows. Thank you Helen and Christopher Neave and of course John Burgess for introducing us to this beautiful location in the first place ☺️

Do you know what really engages your people ❓ Why bother with an Employee Engagement survey ❓ Read on to find more...Here are some reasons how an Employee Engagement Survey will help your people and business and ultimately your bottom line! ✅ An Employee Engagement Survey helps you understand what motivates and engages your workforce, acting as a tool to address potential issues. ✅ Employee turnover can be reduced by regularly checking in with staff to uncover hidden concerns and improve work satisfaction. ✅ Engaged employees are 21% more profitable, according to Gallup, leading to increased company productivity and efficiency. ✅ Surveys reveal what matters most to your employees, allowing you to prioritise areas like work culture, job satisfaction, and development opportunities. ✅ Listening to your employees' feedback boosts morale and creates a stronger sense of loyalty and commitment within your team. ✅ Acting on survey feedback can result in fewer employees seeking new jobs and a more stable, engaged workforce. ✅ Businesses in Yorkshire have seen real results, reduced employee turnover and increased operational efficiency by leveraging engagement survey insights. ✅ Bespoke engagement solutions tailored to your unique business needs can lead to sustainable improvements and long term employee satisfaction. ✅ Ongoing support ensures continuous engagement, keeping your team motivated and your business thriving over the long term. You can read more about this in the blog below from our friendly Learning and Development Director Tracey Flannery 🌻

“WHAT? NO!” Was the reaction 4 months ago when this group first met and we told them they would be getting some of the most honest feedback they’ve ever had from a horse. Their faces say it all! Amazing day. Lots of learning. Never to be forgotten. #notyourusualleadershiptraining
