We have 60 stores across the UK and we run our website from our Store Support Centre in Gloucester. We love everything food-related and our mission is to provide the right tools to bring joy to everyday cooking. New store launch pending... Can you guess where we're next opening our doors? We're stuck into our FY25 store expansion plan and the retail team are working hard behind the scenes to lift the veil on our next location. Watch this space!

Another incredible ProCook conference in the books! 📚 Store managers and colleagues from across the UK gathered at our Store Support Centre yesterday for a day of professional development and community building. From insightful talks to product demos, our autumn conference is always a fantastic opportunity to come together, celebrate our wins and look ahead to our busiest period. Our Commercial Director, Laurie Houghton, and Marketing Director, Claire Tait gave a fantastic presentation, outlining the significant strides we've made this year. Here's to another successful conference and a bright future ahead for ProCook! 🎉

Congratulations to the teams at our two new stores in the Westgate Centre in Oxford and the Metrocentre in Gateshead. Both stores have enjoyed phenomenal opening weekends and first week of trading, and we've been thrilled to hear such positive feedback from our customers about the service provided by our teams. Absolutely loved being a part of the two store launches and had a great time meeting the wonderful Westgate team, the influencers we invited along and some of our new lovely Oxford customers. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for our Metrocentre and Westgate stores, and equally the new stores we’ve got in the pipeline!

Our Food Expert Steven C. joined FoodCycle to celebrate their 15th anniversary! He whipped up a stunning veg-themed cake to commemorate the occasion at FoodCycle’s Luton community meal. The guests enjoyed the cake for pudding, and it was a huge hit. 🍰   Steven also lent a hand by helping with the prep & cooking of the starter and main courses and serving up the cake to over 70 wonderful guests and volunteers.    Well done to FoodCycle for all the incredible work you do nourishing communities with food and conversation and thank you to Steven for sharing his baking talents with such a great cause.

A great couple of days learning and talking about inclusion. Thank you to all the external guest speakers who joined us.

This week, we celebrated National Inclusion Week at ProCook! 🌈 We hosted a series of engaging workshops with guest speakers, covering topics like unconscious bias, disability awareness, neurodiversity, Women in Leadership, LGBTQ+ inclusion, menopause, and men's health. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and foster a more inclusive workplace. A big thank you to our guest speakers, Martyn Edwards, Meg Lustman (Non-executive Director), and Hazel Hayden, for their valuable insights. Wow! What an incredible week at ProCook! We have had two phenomenal diversity and inclusion days which were massively thought provoking, followed by two store openings tomorrow 🤞🏼 I wanted to give a massive shout out to Cassy Hoare in leading the opening team at the Metrocentre store……so proud of you and such a great achievement…….more footage and pictures to come tomorrow.
