It was amazing to see so many Members, Partners and industry friends join us for the third anniversary of our Bristol & South West Hub! The Square Club, exclusively for creatives, was the ideal setting to host last night's reception bringing the film and tv community together to celebrate the incredible work of our regional Committee, and revel in the extensive slate of hugely successful productions that've come out of Bristol and the South West recently. As always, we'd like to extend a massive thank you to our hub sponsors Facilities by ADF, Netflix and Studio Partner The Bottle Yard Studios for your continued support in the region. 🔗 Take a look at all photos from the evening here: https://lnkd.in/g3jWPyiS

  • Tonight we head to The Square Club in Bristol to celebrate the third year of our Nations & Regions: Bristol & South West Hub over an evening of networking, drinks and canapés. It's a region that has been brimming with production in recent years, home to hit titles like The Outlaws (BBC/Amazon Prime Video), A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (Netflix), Boarders (BBC Three) - and of course, the show that everyone's talking about, the sensational Jilly Cooper 'bonkbuster' Rivals, now streaming on Disney+! Since the expansion of The Bottle Yard Studios (home to all these titles and more) which opened its premium £12m TBY2 facility in 2022, the appeal of the South West has never been stronger. Well-known for its skilled local crew, commitment to sustainability and expert Bristol Film Office, Bristol has not only been a UNESCO City of Film since 2017, it also won the coveted City of Film Award at the 2024 Global Production Awards at Cannes earlier this year. We look forward to celebrating this incredible momentum, alongside our members from the region, the Committee and friends!
