Project Centre supported the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Authorities to develop their new Birkenhead to New Brighton cycle route! This 10km corridor promotes active travel with high-quality, segregated cycling and walking infrastructure. Despite challenges, our team delivered a safe and attractive route, integrating the design with major initiatives like Wirral Mass Transit and Wirral Waters. The feedback? 100% client satisfaction! Congratulations to our Senior Highways Engineer, Ricky Tsang, on becoming our latest employee of the month! Ricky is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over nine years’ experience in traffic and highways design. Ricky has taken part in highway and traffic design in various stages for infrastructure projects including feasibility study, investigation, detailed design and construction. He is experienced in the design of road alignment and junction layout, traffic impact assessment, junction improvement schemes, pedestrian study and railway patronage analysis. Our Associate Director, Nishil Parmar, said: "Ricky has taken ownership of packages of work on schemes such as Dartford 20mph traffic zone, heavy vehicle mitigation, Orchard Theatre as well as the Kent County Council A282 J1a. He is reliable and often goes above and beyond to finalise packages of deliverables to submit on time and for reviews. Ricky has communicated project progress well and is always keen to learn.
