We had the pleasure of attending another incredible Property Investor Show at Excel London, where two days were packed with insightful seminars, exceptional networking, and countless opportunities to connect with property investors and professionals. For several years, the Property Investors Bureau has proudly partnered with the Property Investor Show, and each year this partnership continues to grow. Together, we aim to enhance the value provided to all guests. A huge shout-out to Nick and his dedicated team for tirelessly delivering this fantastic event, which we are thrilled to support. This year, we were honoured to have several members of the Property Investors Awards Judging Panel participate in a seminar titled: "Award-Winning Property Investment Strategies for 2025." 🎤 Day One Panel: Kim McGinley Adam Lawrence Mark Lloyd Hanif Khan Andrew Binstock 🎤 Day Two Panel: Patricia Ogunfeibo Sue Sims Mark Lloyd Some key takeaways from these sessions: ✅ With certain legislative changes relating to leaseholds coming into effect, short-lease investment strategies could offer a brief window of opportunity to secure previously less attractive deals. ✅  A unique chance for young investors to step in and assist mature landlords exiting the market, creating a win-win situation. ✅  Incorporating sustainability into property investment strategies is not only eco-friendly but could also be financially beneficial. Having dinner with Andy Haynes and other members of the Property Investor Network community was a nice treat. Bekki Mills, thank you for the kind invitation. Throughout the show we had several meetings with potential partners who we look forward to furthering those discussions with.
