#PXEN plans to raise £3.27 million by way of a Placing and Subscription of 54,500,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company at a price of 6 pence per share Prospex is also proposing a retail offer to existing shareholders for up to 8,333,333 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price to raise up to an additional £500,000, which may be increased by the board depending on demand. The proceeds from the fundraise will be used to execute a transaction in which Prospex will acquire an indirect ownership of the Viura producing gas field in northern Spain amounting to up to 10%. Mark Routh comments; "This acquisition marks a very important step in the growth of Prospex. It adds a third producing gas asset onshore in Europe in a jurisdiction in which we are already present and with a highly respected and competent operator in HEYCO Energy Group. The acquisition adds proven gas reserves to our portfolio and adds significant new gas production in the very short term." 👉https://lnkd.in/e28frR_6
