Celebrating 5 Incredible Years of Peaple Talent and the end of our financial year! What a fantastic evening it was, bringing the entire team together to reflect on our shared achievements over the past five years. The journey has been remarkable, and it was great to celebrate what we’ve accomplished as a collective. Here are just a few of the highlights from the past five years: 🧡 Helped nearly 1,500 candidates secure new roles 🧡 Moved offices five times as we've continued to grow 🧡 Launched PT Renewables 🌳 with Charley Howes 🧡 Launched PT Engineering & Manufacturing with Dan Brady 🧡 Most importantly, we built a business filled with incredible people, creating something we're all proud to be part of. The night was also an opportunity to recognise our team's outstanding achievements over the last year. It’s no secret that the Technology sector has faced significant challenges, but as a business, we've adapted, thrived, and continued to provide exceptional service to both our clients and candidates. A particular standout from the last 12 months has been Charley Howes work in building PT Renewables 🌳 from the ground up. With no prior experience in the industry or existing database, Charley has built a high-performing team and an exciting business, making PT Renewables one to watch! In 12 days, Jordan and I are joining Props Bristol for their annual Bristol to Bordeaux charity bike ride 😬 🚵♂️ We will cover just over 800 kilometres over the four days, with some pretty lofty elevation thrown in for fun 😅. Props is an amazing charity that supports adults with learning disabilities in securing paid work. For those who cannot, Props has a number of enterprises that offer employment. I was really shocked and saddened to learn that less than 5% of adults with learning disabilities enter the paid workforce. I appreciate that life is very expensive at the moment, but if you can spare a few of our hard-earned pounds to support a great cause and give Jordan and me some more motivation, that would be amazing!
