PurpleSpace is the world’s only professional networking and development hub for Disability Employee Network and Employee Resource Group leaders and allies. We are driving fresh conversations about disability in business through our community of network leaders and the 850,000 disabled employees that they work with. PurpleSpace developed out of Kate Nash Associates work in supporting or establishing many of these employee networks. Our 300 clients include Fujitsu, Barclays, EY, Metropolitan Police Service, Home Office, Thomson Reuters and RBS.

    New York are the latest hub to lock in votes to determine the Top Three Priorities of Disability ERG/Network Leaders. Huge thank you to Renee Anastasi for your leadership and hosting our USA hub. During this session, we explored each of our Top Ten Priorities, compiled in consultation with our network of over 4,000 disability ERG Leaders from nearly 180 organisations. We discussed their relevance to ERG/Network leaders and the wider community of employees with disabilities within their organisations, before voting on the region's Top Three. The feedback from today's hub will feed directly into the anchor event and our identification of a final Top Three Global Priorities. Thank you to PurpleSpace Ambassador Belinda May for supporting the flow of today's incredible conversations.     🎖️First-ever Ability HK hosted Global Disability ERG Summit🏆 Yesterday we were privileged to have hosted dozens of delegates from around town to contribute thoughts and voices around Top 10 priorities on supporting disability inclusion in workplaces as a HK hub in this series of global events. Having kicked off by David Rice, the event was opened with candid honesty with his personal sharing around different approaches to support growth with learning difficulties and the bank's ambition to leverage emerging technologies as productivity tools empowering diverse needs. Delegates from other industries such as hospitality, transportation, real estate, legal, consulting and NGOs then all contributed with their challenges and opportunities unique and common on how we can better inclusion in workplaces around #physical #disabilities and #neurodiversity. We are delighted to have built a platform, co-hosting with PurpleSpace to manifest thoughts and next steps in HK and can't wait to hear more from around the globe.     ⏱ The countdown to our Global Disability ERG Summit continues. Hong Kong has spoken and locked in the first votes to determine the Top Three Priorities of Disability ERG/Network Leaders.
