A healthy, skilled, and engaged workforce is essential for a thriving economy. However, our new research, launched today, highlights a worrying trend: one in ten workers is considering leaving their jobs—equating to 4.4 million individuals on the brink of exiting the labour market. This issue has business leaders concerned; nine out of ten are worried about the increase in economic inactivity. Even more striking, eight in ten (81%) state that this is having a real impact on their productivity. To learn how businesses and policymakers can collaborate to take action, read our economic inactivity report: https://lnkd.in/ehPMV9nP

Embracing Digital Clean Up Day at PwC UK This week, to mark World Digital Clean Up day at PwC UK, we’ve kicked off our Digital Clean-Up Campaign as part of our commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Here are three things I intend to do: 🔍 Streamline for Success: only keep critical data and delete any unnecessary or duplicate files, making it more efficient and much easier to find. 🌍 Go Green, Go Smart: reduce virtual calls by having more in-person meetings where possible (especially if you’re based in the same building or floor!). 🤝 Encourage and empower others to do the same: equip our people with useful tools and insights, such as the 'Did you know?' facts pic in this post from the official Digital Clean Up website, so please like and share :-) A big thank you to the Project team and our volunteers at today’s in-person pop up stands across our Birmingham, Manchester and London offices. And those cupcakes weren’t bad either! 💚 Now what will you do to mark World Digital Clean up day? #DigitalCleanUp #GreenInitiative #PwCUK #SustainabilityInAction Sinead HollandEmily Novakovic MCMI ChMCDickla Gishen (MCMI ChMC)Jackie WallerPaula HollandRojan Surendraraj
