Topping Out Ceremony at Bedford Row 📽️ We’re thrilled to share highlights from the recent topping out ceremony at Frogmore’s project where Michael Brady Ltd are appointed as principle contractor in Holborn. The ceremony marks a key point in the Commercial Cat A fit-out of the 28,000 Sq Ft, Georgian-style townhouses into modern offices with roof terraces. The event brought together the entire design team to celebrate this significant milestone. We are excited to see the progress on the redevelopment of 188 City Road—the former Lipton Tea Company headquarters—where Quantem successfully managed the challenging procurement some time ago, working with Native Land, Shorea Capital, and Stiff + Trevillion Architects, the project is being lead by Storey and built by 8build. This was an extremely challenging project to procure, from retaining 70% of the original structure to meeting ambitious net-zero carbon and sustainability targets. Despite the complexities, we delivered the procurement within budget, and it’s fantastic to see the vision coming to life. We’re proud to be part of such a forward-thinking team, and can’t wait to see this iconic space contribute to London’s vibrant future!  🚀
