22 Fletcher Road - Rear Extension, Loft Conversion and Full Refurbishment Quill completed these works for Redbridge Council to completely refurbish and remodel a void property located in Ilford. Works included a full strip out of all internals, construction of all new partitions, install of new staircases, a full electrical require and heating system installation. As well as a rear extension which is now the new kitchen. Complete with a new loft extension and Juliette balcony. This project came out very nice and had high client satisfaction. Big thanks to the teams that worked hard on this one.

Bluewater Shopping Centre - Fire Door Installations Quill Construction recently carried out works over at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Dartford, Kent Works included the installations of 71 Fire doors which were certified by BM Trada, in which we are fully accredited. These works were completed outside of working hours to reduce any inconveniences. Overall, the project ran very smoothly and had high client satisfaction, we look forward to completing more jobs like this in the future. 😊
