Delighted to be able to welcome the Masters students from the Planning School at the University of Kent into the @quinn_estates office today to talk about the industry and the challenges we face and opportunities available in a diverse and exciting sector. With a presentation and Q&A we covered a multitude of subjects including biodiversity net gain, water neutrality, community engagement and the struggles of the SME housebuilding sector. We also took a look at some of the projects we have delivered in the Canterbury district such as Herne Bay Sports Hub and The Beer Cart Building and a look at some of the strategic sites we are working on as part of the Local Plan. #canterbury #kent #planning #education #university #careers
