Atlip Gardens adds to Quod’s industry leading portfolio of exemplary planning permissions secured across Brent including Wembley Park Station and Grand Union. Working closely with KMDC on the behalf of the landowner, the Haworth Tompkins curated scheme shall set a new benchmark for design quality in Alperton. Quod provided planning, EIA, socio-economics, CIL, health impact and housing market intelligence services for the Atlip Gardens development which achieved a resolution to grant permission at Brent’s planning committee earlier this week. Meaningful collaboration with the officers and the local community ensures a positive contribution to Alperton’s and Brent Council's growth, transforming the brownfield site into a neighbourhood for all. For more information on this project please contact Ben Ford or Ewan Grunwald.
We are thrilled to announce that Atlip Gardens received a resolution to grant at LB Brent’s Planning Committee last night. This exciting development will see 885 new homes delivered in Alperton, including co-living, private and affordable housing, alongside a new community centre, creative workspace and significant new public realm - transforming this brownfield site into a new neighbourhood. Meaningful collaboration and consultation with officers at LB Brent and the local community has been central in shaping these high-quality proposals that will contribute positively to Alperton's growth. It was fantastic to hear local resident TJ speak at Committee in support of the diligent approach we have taken to engagement, which directly informed the community and creative uses included in the design. KMDC were delighted to be instructed as Development Managers and Client Representative on behalf of the landowner here.
