Alexandra is a co-sponsor of QVC UK’s Gender Equality @Q Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and has been recognised by Diversity in Retail as part of their ‘Woman to Watch 2024’. Three of QVC UK’s TMRGs have been shortlisted for the Diversity in Retail (DiR) Inclusion Awards which will be announced on the evening of the Summit. ✨🌟 What an inspiring start to the day! 🌟✨ This morning, I was privileged to attend a phenomenal event at the AllBright Town House in central London, hosted by the dynamic AllBright CEO, Viviane Paxinos . In a captivating conversation with the brilliantly funny comedian and writer, Cally Beaton, the insightful Dr Shahzadi Harper, and our very own CEO of QVC UK, the ever inspiring Koreen Fader. The panel delved into the often unspoken realities of menopause, talking about the importance of prioritising self-care during this journey, recognising and responding to your own needs amidst the symptoms. Equally powerful was their focus on starting those open and honest conversations with allies and within the workplace – a testament to what we strive to achieve at QVC UK every day! I left feeling empowered and motivated, ready to champion these conversations and support others in our workplace especially during menopause awareness week!
