Changing the language of a whole category. The credit health dial sits right at the heart of every credit score product. The ultimate category convention. And a huge opportunity to stand out. By rethinking how to visualise credit health, we could put a distinctive experience right at the heart of the Checkmyfile product. So we replaced the current dial, with its ever-present dread of red, with a more uplifting scale: The Credit Steps. A vibrant spectrum where even low numbers feel like they’ve got a bright future ahead of them. It formed the foundation for the rest of the visual brand. Ragged Edge turned 17 this month. But that’s not why we’ve been celebrating. We’re thrilled to announce four promotions. Luke Woodhouse and Matt Smith have both been promoted to ECD. These two have been at the heart of every success we’ve had over the vast majority of those years. Together they’ve built and nurtured a truly world class creative team, and embody the absolute best of Ragged Edge. And Abi Nkrumah and Lauren Ball are now Senior Account Managers. Their promotions are recognition of the impact they’ve made on every project they’ve worked on, and on every client they’ve worked with. We’re so lucky to have them here.
