I talk a lot about wildflowers but today it’s all about the forests! Walking in a forest with the speckled light filtered through the branches is my mindfulness place. Think back to the last time you visited one and if it’s been over a few weeks a month or years this is your reminder to go and enjoy the foresty ambiance. There are loads of small changes you can make to your everyday to help safeguard these magic places. Things like using sustainable office supplies. The forward thinking team at Red-Inc is a great shout for this! Of course, Who Gives A Crap are pretty ace at sustainable loo roll. Look out for the Rainforest Alliance certification of the foods you buy too.
