This role is based on finding the right individual to join our growing team rather than simply filling a standing vacancy, so we are open to hear from you no matter where you are up to in your career. 💻 ☀ Responsibilities Be a Customer Service focused first port of call for all client support needs while doing daily monitoring and IT Systems checks. Endpoint configuration and support, (Laptops, phones, etc). End user configuration and support, (passwords, Admin, permissions, etc). Advise on and procure hardware, software licenses etc. Become an integral and valued team player, helping us to take our clients with us on a journey to success. Skills required Attitude, personal values, ability to work as a team and work ethic are just important to us as academic capability. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products. The ability to demonstrate a professional, organised, and structured approach to all tasks. Ability to talk to people; understand, empathise and communicate. Has positive energy and drive, remains resilient and yet calm under pressure. Ability to prioritise effectively, work independently and as part of a team. Full 'on the job' training will be provided from a wide range of in-house experts. The dates of the position are flexible depending on your commitments.
