The second day of the Libya Energy & Economic Summit (LEES) 2025 featured a robust technical program hosted by Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC). The program focused on fostering international collaboration, boosting production and more. Discussions underscored the importance of regulatory reform, technological innovation and strengthened UK-Libya ties in achieving Libya's ambitious goal of increasing oil production by 2030.
