So far, there are a lot of promising results and a few guidelines that seem to be the most helpful... - Around 65cm (arm’s length) between your eyes & the light. - Shine it on your face, but you don't need to stare directly at the light (it’s too bright for some) just gaze past it. - Keep your treatments short, around 3 to 5 min. - It seems most useful in the morning around 8-9am.
