Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme is all about getting the mind and body moving! 💚🧠 To support this, we gave our team the opportunity to use the gym for 'Stretch and Speak' sessions, combining light exercise with open conversations to boost both mental and physical health. We also encouraged 'Walk and Talk' sessions throughout the group, offering everyone a chance to get moving and connect with one another. Last Friday, we came together across the group for a MacMillan Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. ☕️💚 We were thrilled to see everyone get involved, baking some incredible treats. As we come to the end of Suicide Prevention Month, we want to remind everyone that suicide prevention awareness extends beyond just this month- it’s every month. 💛 Over the past few days, our incredible team has been out on our sites and in offices, distributing leaflets filled with helpful resources. Whether it's this month or next, we hope these materials provide support to anyone struggling or looking to help someone in need.
