When did the talent shortage disappear? See, I see and hear on the regular that #Accountants are: 👉🏻 Overworked 👉🏻 Stressed with Deadlines 👉🏻 Battling with price & profitability 👉🏻 Don’t have time to deliver value Yet, many of these same people are apposed to even the concept of #outsourcing or #offshoring. Why? Is it a perception from someone else? A bad experience from some time ago? Some would think “the only firms that Offshore are ones that can’t find staff” is a little too far. This is still a perception that many have. You would only offshore if you can’t find the staff. This #mindset is likely to have been formed by: 👉🏻 Someone else’s experience 👉🏻 Working with the wrong people 👉🏻 Working in the wrong way Why? #india especially has some incredibly talented people.
