A trio of three UK asset owners have teamed up to set out common expectations on stewardship for their asset managers, after firms said they needed more clarity on what the market actually wants from them. State Street global head of stewardship Benjamin Colton has said he expects a shift in tactics from shareholder proponents as support for shareholder resolutions falls.
