We are looking for a Developer / Contractor Partner active within the Midlands who... - Can deliver a Reserved Matters consent including all necessary design requirements, discharge of conditions and technical approvals - Has the capability to procure and let a demolition contract and undertake an enabling works package (via a PCSA) - Has experience of and can undertake the build via a JCT D&B contract Our partner will have the capability and capacity to deliver at pace and be forward thinking and innovative in their approach to housing construction and delivery. WPDG will fund the RM application, demolition works, physical build and will take the sales risk on the completed houses.
