Last week we gathered to celebrate the incredible achievements of all the inspiring leaders who completed Centrica's Aspire Development Programme. This moment was not just a milestone for them, but a testament to their dedication, resilience, and growth. We were honoured to have world champion and Olympic gold medallist, Georgina Brayshaw, join us, sharing her wisdom and passion for excellence. Her journey, like everyone there that day, is one of perseverance and striving for greatness. I think a lot of people will be adopting her mantra, I can - I will - watch me. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel. Here’s to the future these leaders will build, and to the heights they’ll continue to reach. Wednesday we launched the pilot of the first phase of our multi-year Global Leadership Programme for Norgine in beautiful Amsterdam! 🇳🇱 This incredible group of Ambassadors from eight different countries were there to champion the iLead strategy and drive this journey forward. The day was full of engaging activities, including the popular Red Cups Activity, Duplo Activity, and a challenging Tent exercise—all designed to foster teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
