What. A. Day! 🎉 #RGERLive at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly blew us away! We kicked things off in style with our incredible host, Hannah Power (who totally lived up to her name! 💪), we welcomed over 400 HR leaders for a day packed with game-changing insights and powerful conversations about building the Total Employee Experience Pyramid. Our morning started with an absolutely electric panel discussion where Charlotte Neal, Hannah Power and Natalie Jutla Chartered FCIPD had everyone hanging on their every word, sharing raw, honest stories about supporting diverse workforce needs. Nat dropped this gem: "The psychological contract between employer and employee is the game changer. When an employee feels safe, they will thrive." 🙌 After a quick networking break (and some amazing refreshments! 😋), Chris Britton and Christina Kelly took the stage to unveil some massive insights about holistic wellbeing strategies. Did you know 63% of UK HR managers are now putting mental health and wellness at the top of their priority list? 🤯 The afternoon brought us an incredible fireside chat with Emma Fayd'herbe de Maudave, Devi Patel, and Alicia Ledger talking all things recognition and self-esteem. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were treated to a stunning poetry performance by Theresa Lola that had the whole room feeling ALL the feels. Her heartfelt words about how appreciation feels through sight, sound, touch, and beyond were a highlight of the day. The cherry on top?
