Two more Ribcraft RHIBs have left our UK facilities, heading to France with Marina Park, our dealer in Brittany. ➡️ The Ribcraft PRO • 640 has been sold to a private customer, with Marina Park managing the full fit-out before handover. ➡️ The Ribcraft Leisure R580 will serve as a demo boat, helping introduce the brand to more customers in the region. Marina Park, led by Sylvie Louedec, has been representing Ribcraft Leisure for over a year and became an official Ribcraft PRO dealer in mid-2023. With her extensive knowledge of Brittany’s challenging waters, Sylvie understands first-hand the demands placed on RHIBs in the region. #FactoryFriday – A look at this beautiful PRO • 1050 for one of our IFCA clients in production, prepped for keel guard spraying.   A keel guard is essential for hull protection, reducing the impact of abrasion and wear, extending the lifespan of the vessel, and improving handling. At Ribcraft, we use Polyurea spray, a heavy-duty coating that provides outstanding durability—so tough, you could take a hammer to it.   Applying Polyurea is as much an art as it is a science. The way the material is sprayed dictates the final finish, meaning the team must be precise and consistent throughout the process. Once started, there’s no going back!   ⚠️ Given the specialised nature of this process, strict Health & Safety measures are in place, with full PPE and ventilation requirements ensuring a safe and controlled application.   Every detail counts when building RHIBs that withstand the harshest conditions.
