What do spaceships, submarines, and office buildings have in common? They all use advanced sensor technology. Just like submarines and spaceships rely on sensors to optimise space and ensure safety, office managers can now deploy similar technology to enhance the workplace experience. By using real-time data on occupancy and environmental conditions, they can create more efficient, sustainable spaces that meet the needs of employees. Learn how these innovations can transform your office in our latest blog: https://brnw.ch/21wNTNP #LetPeopleSucceed

We came together with Ricoh UK to celebrate Black History Month with a panel event on "Reclaiming the Narrative". The discussion covered personal and professional perspectives on reclaiming narratives, representation, true allyship, navigating career journeys, and empowering future generations. Thank you to our esteemed panellists: - Sophie Cox, Chair of the DEI Council - Tina Smith, CEO of Ricoh International - Roger Walker, Managed Services Director at Ricoh UK - Samantha Morris, IT Service Delivery Manager - Hasna Hakim, Digital and Technology Degree Apprentice at Ricoh UK The key takeaway? Be the author of your own journey and set your own agenda. While acknowledging there's still work to do, remain positive about progress! Ricoh Europe reposted this
Hasna Hakim, our Digital Technology Solutions Degree Apprentice, shares her message for Black History Month 👇 Born with a congenital deficiency in her left hand and of proud Kenyan heritage, Hasna has consistently defied expectations throughout her life. Despite her physical difference, she competed for Team GB’s swimming team and even pursued qualification for the Paralympics. This experience not only showcased her athletic prowess but also challenged societal perceptions of disability and race in sports. At Ricoh, Hasna continues to break barriers in the tech industry, an area where both women and people of colour are underrepresented. Her role allows her to bring fresh perspectives to the field while inspiring others from similar backgrounds. Hasna continues to write her own story, inspiring others to do the same and contributing to a more inclusive narrative in both the tech world and society at large. Thank you for sharing your story, Hasna Hakim ❤️ #BlackHistoryMonth #ReclaimingNarratives #LifeAtRicoh

Earlier this week, 36 employees from Ricoh UK and Ricoh Europe teamed up for this year’s #Palace2Palace, raising an impressive £7,374 for The Prince's Trust! 🏆 A special congrats to Egbert Molenaar, who placed 3rd in the Ultra-90 ride, finishing 90 miles in under 6 hours! 💪 Whether cycling or walking, our team truly embodied what #OneRicoh is all about—effort, teamwork, and a bit of fun. This fundraiser will help The Prince’s Trust continue supporting young people with travel, mentoring, and more. We wrapped up the day with well-earned burgers and cheers. 🍔🥂 A huge thank you to everyone who participated or supported the Ricoh team. Here’s to more challenges ahead!
