The company was founded in 2010 and is located in Bexley, London. The onshore product design and software development team work within an agile project management methodology. The company has developed a leading Mobility-as-a-Service platform which is available to UK transport operators under a paid software license agreement. The platform is integrated with leading on-bus ETM providers (including Ticketer) and provides a rich set of features for transport users which include journey planning, real-time information, vehicle tracking, interactive route maps, payment services, voucher codes, mobile ticketing and demand responsive transport. As transport providers move ever closer to cashless ticketing systems and fully integrated digital services, Rise Digital Media places itself at the forefront of the changing landscape by providing a wide range of integrated payment services and connected systems which are available both on-bus, in-app and on the web. With the onboard requirements for audio and visual solutions, Rise have also introduced their software to an AV screen platform providing passengers with next stop and route information, linked into the onboard audio, and with the option of an audio loop for passengers with a hearing aid. The same software is also available through the passenger app, and onboard 5G WiFi portal. The company has clients in both bus, coach and rail markets which places it front and centre when it comes to multi-modal transport systems and the development of a dedicated Driver App gives the company the necessary platform to deliver demand responsive transport services.

Designed to work with your existing software to provide a one-stop-shop to passenger information across your network for both onboard and in-app passenger experiences The government is supporting the industry with £4.65 million in funding to help operators comply in time from this year through to 2026, so it's going to be a busy period for suppliers. We have been getting a lot of enquiries over the last few weeks and are available to discuss your requirements. Our integrated digital displays provide both visual and audio alerts through a smart AV screen and media controller. Easily installed in almost any configuration, our NextStop software will meet the necessary requirements. We have introduced an audio loop setup alongside in order to fully meet the requirements. As an additional plus point, we are able to provide a marketing and advertising platform to use alongside the route information, allowing operators to promote destinations and attractions on the network routes, or publish special offers, ticket promotions, and events. Those who have the NextStop driver app are able to utilise this for an audio only option, connecting the driver device through to the onboard audio system. Our NextStop passenger app won't comply directly to the requirements of the legislation, but we are happy to quote anybody that feels this may be a good addition for their customer information and announcements.
