Today is World Teachers' Day. We've been lucky enough to have encountered exceptional teachers all our lives. We've been taught by them, done our best to be them, worked alongside them and been inspired by them. It's one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, professions around. If you know a teacher, or indeed are a teacher, you'll know what an all consuming role it is. It's not a job. It's a vocation. I was inspired by my Year 3 teacher. She was captivating and exciting. We're having our busiest half term since we launched the business! We have worked with dozens of schools, over seven local authorities. We have been directly engaged by local authority SEND teams and commissioned by charities. There are still some limited spaces available for service level agreements. we love our job!

Wishing all our schools, their students, families and staff, a restful summer break. We have now engaged with 25 schools, in five different local authorities, in every key stage. We have been commissioned directly by local authorities, SEND departments, charities and parent/carers of young people. We always place the young person at the centre of all we do and make sure their voice is fully represented. We have provided extensive staff training and surgeries. Of course we continue to create our detailed observation reports. These consist of thorough observation notes, voices of every stakeholder, our RISE resilience assessment, an informed conclusion - drilling down into likely root causes of behavioural presentations and pages of personalised, practical strategies to best support the learner. We always get these back in FIVE working days. In a school we engaged with recently, 94% of our recommendations had a positive, measurable effect.
