This #WorldMentalHealthDay let's go beyond just talking about mental health—it’s time for action. At our upcoming Rise4Disability Milton Keynes event, our Mental Health Community Campaigns Panel will tackle critical issues like stigma, access to services, and how we can make real change. It’s not just about sharing stories—although that’s crucial for breaking down stigma—but also about gathering the data we need to drive policy changes and improve access to mental health services for the disabled community. Register your free ticket and join us in making sure no one gets left behind: https://zurl.co/wU5C And if you're not local don't worry, in the coming weeks we will be sharing how you can get involved in our Community Campaigns surveys from anywhere and have your voice heard. #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAndDisability #BreakTheStigma #SuicidePrevention #SuicideAwareness #DisabilityAdvocacy Mind BLMK (Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes) Milton Keynes Talking Therapies Nick Wilson Carl Nandoo Dr. Amo Raju OBE DL Rena Zenonos Image description: Headshots of the 5 panelists listed above, underneath the title of the panel: Obtaining the right mental health support when living with a disability.
