The Field Studies Council is on an incredible mission to promote biodiversity, conservation, and outdoor learning across the UK. As part of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitment, we’re thrilled to be part of projects that will make a real difference to the environment and our communities. 🌳 Together, we’re planting 500 native trees at the Preston Montford Field Centre! These trees will help restore ecosystems, promote sustainability, and reduce our carbon footprint, creating a lasting impact on the local environment. 📚 In addition, we're excited to support essential educational programs, which empower young people to understand and protect our natural world. When you have minibuses over 10 years old (54/55 plates) you might want to start thinking about replacements, or you may need to plan for increased maintenance costs: 🚐 Minibus Safety Inspections will need to be completed every 6 weeks, instead of every 10, on minibuses 12 years old and over 🚐 If you haven't replaced your tyres, it's now illegal to have tyres over 10 years old on the front steering axle, or any single wheel of a minibus with 9 to 16 passengers. You will also need to check your spares.
