The RNOH Nursing Research Fellowship Programme supports nurses in advancing their clinical academic careers and becoming independent researchers and leaders. Fellows benefit from protected time to conduct their proposed research, mentorship, peer support, and formal training. We are incredibly proud of Queen's achievement and excited to see the outcomes of her innovative research.
