Our Series 1600 generator is now 40% more powerful. The 50 Hertz version mtu genset was now been released and has the highest power density in its class, delivering cleaner energy for a wide range of applications, including data centres, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings or any type of hybrid or microgrid installation. Today is an important day for Rolls-Royce. We are announcing record results for 2024 – with double digit growth across revenue, profit and cash flow – driven by our multi-year transformation; and upgrading our mid-term guidance. All our divisions delivered significantly improved performance, enabling us to strengthen our balance sheet and reinstate shareholder returns – including our first dividend for five years. We are able to do this while continuing to invest in our growth, investing an additional £500m over the past two years, with £3bn invested in R&D and £1bn in capex since the start of our transformation. We are moving with pace and intensity to transform Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient, and growing business. Based on the 2025 guidance we are giving today, we now expect to deliver underlying operating profit and free cash flow within the target ranges originally set at our 2023 Capital Markets Day, two years earlier than planned. As a result, we have today upgraded our mid-term targets. These targets are a milestone, not a destination, and we see strong growth prospects beyond the mid-term. Phase 1 of our Durability Enhancement package continues to deliver flawlessly in-service and has already proven itself by more than doubling engine time on wing with the Trent 7000. Our mtu Series 2000 engines power the world’s fastest offshore crew transfer vessels. Singapore shipbuilder Strategic Marine has commissioned three new offshore supply vessels with a maximum speed of over 53 knots - the fastest of their kind in the world - each of which are powered by four 16-cylinder mtu Series 2000M72 engines. “The excellent power-to-weight ratio and long maintenance intervals of over 12,000 hours were crucial factors in the selection of our engines,” explains Denise Kurtulus, Senior Vice President Global Marine at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. “These product benefits will help us achieve our strategic goal of increasing our share of the commercial marine market.” https://ow.ly/NiOx50V5YgN #RollsRoyce #mtuSolutions #MarineEngine
