Today, we celebrate an incredible 10 years of service from our superstar, May Jintaphithak. May started her Rosa’s life a decade ago as a team member in Chelsea, then quickly got promoted to GM, and was part of the opening team to open Rosa’s Thai Tooting in 2018 - she’s been smashing records ever since! To mark this special day, Gavin Adair, our CEO, and Saiphin Moore, our co-founder, made a surprise visit to personally hand-deliver her well-deserved recognition – a flight ticket to Thailand so she can visit her family. May, we’re so proud to have you as part of our team. Here’s to the next decade together! #careerpath #careergrowth #hospitality

Rosa’s makes everyday Thai special. Home-cooked classics with simple ingredients in no-fuss neighbourhood cafes.
About us
We're a family of kind-hearted, hardworking, food lovers, and we’re all about making everyday Thai special. All of our dishes are based on our founder's family recipes, using key ingredients sourced directly from Thai farmers. The friendly vibe of our buzzy all-day restaurants feeds off happy customers and team members who share our passion for authentic food and genuine hospitality. Field to wok cooking has always been the mission of our founder Saiphin, who first brought the soulful, spice-led food from her childhood in northern Thailand to Rosa’s caff in Spitalfields (with the help of friends and family) in 2008. We’ve come a long way since then, but our name and ethos remain the same. You’ll find us in unfussy cafes at the heart of neighbourhoods, delivering fresh dishes from our kitchens to the nation’s doors, and mixing the perfect ingredients for people to cook up Thai specials in their own homes. Our restaurants are fun places to eat and work. If you’d like to be part of a lively team with colleagues who feel like family, come find your happy at Rosa’s. As our business continues to grow, we’re always on the lookout for great people to join our kitchen and front-of-house teams. Could you be our next kitchen porter, wok chef or waiter? Have you got what it takes to be a Head Chef or Restaurant Manager? We’d love to hear from you!
