We're very happy to announce that we've been shortlisted for the Casual Dining Awards, this year for two different awards; Restaurant Brand of the Year (again!), and Best Designed Site of the Year - our Bristol Restaurant, with Quadrant Design. We've successfully opened 5 new restaurants, renovated many more of our existing sites, and there's still lots more for us to do - 2024 has been another formative year for us, and we're excited to see what else 2025 will bring! It’s a Christmas miracle, we’re finally opening Rosa’s Reading in the new year! 🎉 Our new home will be in Jacksons Corner, a building packed with iconic history, just like our menu. We’re thrilled to announce that we’re finalists at the Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Awards for Best New/Improved Visual Identity in Restaurant Design! This two-year journey took us back to the roots of Rosa’s, with a visit to Bangkok to draw fresh inspiration from its vibrant casual café culture. Thanks to the incredible work of the Quadrant Design team, our restaurants now beautifully reflect this essence while amplifying Rosa’s signature brand identity. We’re also grateful for the insights from focus groups and surveys conducted by Boxclever which played a key role in shaping this exciting new visual direction. We’re incredibly proud of our team member Chloe Nelson from Rosa’s Thai Norwich and our friend Laura Marfell-Williams, who has been instrumental in supporting our Norwich PR efforts. This Friday, 8th November, they’ll be taking part in The Big SnooZE at Banham Zoo, spending the night with just a sleeping bag and head torch to raise funds for Break and the Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA). Today, we celebrate an incredible 10 years of service from our superstar, May Jintaphithak. May started her Rosa’s life a decade ago as a team member in Chelsea, then quickly got promoted to GM, and was part of the opening team to open Rosa’s Thai Tooting in 2018 - she’s been smashing records ever since! To mark this special day, Gavin Adair, our CEO, and Saiphin Moore, our co-founder, made a surprise visit to personally hand-deliver her well-deserved recognition – a flight ticket to Thailand so she can visit her family.
