Isn’t it great when a plan comes together? 🙌 Take a look at a recent development our Technical Team have been working on. With the differing roof levels, structural capacity of the roof itself and multiple trades looking to utilise the scaffold the planning of these scaffolds was paramount to our client and other stakeholders. Utilising our 3D Modelling Design Software Scaffplan from PreConstruction stage we were able to provide detailed 3d models & images to showcase what we intended to provide. This was then followed by a collaborative meeting to fine tune the proposals. Undertaking the work was the easy part…. getting design approval, build strategy & full buy in by the users of the scaffold was the challenging part. We are thrilled to announce we have secured our latest scheme for Vistry Partnerships in Darwen. Our partnership with Vistry commenced in 2022 and has seen us complete several projects to date. 🙌 This latest scheme consists of 477 timber framed houses. Meet James Harrison, a digital engineering technician here at Rose! Here's a bit more about him 🌟Can you tell us a bit about your role at Rose System Scaffolding and what your day-to-day responsibilities entail? As a digital engineering technician my role involves the production and co-ordination of scaffold design & solutions in order to help our clients and scaffolders achieve the optimal solution for their requirements. This is done through in both 2D & 3D formats. 🌟How long have you been a part of the Rose System Scaffolding team? I have been part of the team now for nearly 5 years now, I joined in august 2020 🌟What do you find most fulfilling about working at Rose System Scaffolding? The most fulfilling part of my role is seeing the digital designs and models come to fruition on site, it is also great to work with a supportive team both in the office and on site. 🌟Could you mention a project or achievement that you are particularly proud of during your time here? I am particularly proud of completing my apprenticeship during my time at rose, I am currently enjoying the challenge of providing a multitude of solutions on the MCFC expansion such as specialist designed hoist runoff towers and mast climber supports. 🌟In 3 words, what sets Rose System Scaffolding apart from other companies in the industry? Quality, Innovative, efficient 🌟Can you explain what your apprenticeship entailed and what you have taken from it? Exciting progress update on our West Yorkshire project with BAM! 🌟 We've been hard at work providing access and edge protection solutions for the demolition phase. The completion of parabolic roof structures and installation of glazing & cladding also mark key milestones. Various drilled in handrails have provided segregation zones, whilst our Birdcaged access scaffold is providing access for the new floor installation that has also commenced. This job has started with various challenges but thanks to our Site Foreman Mark Hartley and his team, along with the support from BAM’s management team, we have been able to work collaboratively to achieve the desired outcomes. We’re off to a cold but great start in 2025 here at Rose. This week under the guidance of our Training & Safety Manager Chris Morris two of our Apprentices Lewis & Harrison erected our New Demonstration Area. We will be utilising this area to undertake additional training exercises for all operatives and it will also allow us to showcase our capabilities and solutions to our customers. Meet Dale Cryne, a foreman here at Rose! Lets get to know him more ⬇️ 🌟My role as a working Foreman at Rose consists of a number of duties including the day to day co-ordinating of various tasks & activities relating to scaffolding. A few of these responsibilities include: Organising delivery and collections of materials through our yard staff and transport manager. Co-ordinating with management and other trades to create a safe working environment for my team. Carrying out load lists. These are a few of my responsibilities at Rose. 🌟I'm proud to say I have been a part of the Rose team for the best part of 7 years now starting working for them back in 2017. I have been working as a Scaffolder now for the last 20 years. 🌟I like that I am given the opportunity to grow from being an Advanced Scaffolder into more of a managerial role and am thankful for the opportunity. 🌟I am particularly proud to have the opportunity to be the Foreman on the live project I am currently working on The North Stand Extension to the Etihad stadium & the New Hotel in Manchester and enjoy the challenge that such a large project throws at you on a day to day. 🌟To sum up Rose System Scaffolding in just a few brief words and what I think sets them aside from other Scaffolding companies is, Good relationships, growth & innovation. #TeamSpotlight #TeamRose #RoseSystemScaffolding #Scaffolders #Teamwork #EmployeeSpotlight
