Well done to our team in Italy, who achieved one of the country’s highest honours in Occupational Health and Safety. Organised by the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL, Istituto Nazionale Assicurazione contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro) and Confindustria, our team was recognised for its performance, concrete commitment to health and safety, and focus on continuous improvement. 28th of April is World Safety Day, and to recognise this, we are launching Rotork’s Behavioural Safety Programme this week. Initially targeted at Plant, Country and Service Managers, the programme highlights the role that leadership and behaviours play in setting the tone and expectation for all our colleagues to make health and safety their top focus in line with our HSE vision of Zero Harm. Following the implementation of the Rotork Life Saving Rules and the Global Standards, the Behavioural Safety Programme will be rolled out through the year, with an aim to guide all our colleagues on how to behave safely across all Rotork working environments.
