Last week we were delighted to attend the 30th Dealmakers Northwest awards. Despite not taking home the Transaction Services Team of the Year award, our team had a fantastic evening celebrating the incredible success of the region. A big congratulations to LDC for winning Deal of the Year (£10-50m) for their sale of HILL BISCUITS LIMITED to Cerealto. We are delighted to have sponsored this category for nine years now. Managing Director, Peter Holt in a rather dashing gold jacket, presented the award to Aziz Ul-Haq Congratulations also to Palatine for securing Deal of the Year (£50m+) with their sale of NRG Riverside to Astatine Investment Partners.
