We are pleased to be acting as Quantity Surveyors on the redevelopment of the Mermaid Quay car park in Cardiff Bay. This project will add two new floors, providing over 300 additional parking spaces, including accessible spaces, parent & child spaces, and electric vehicle charging points. The new design also includes a reconfigured layout to enhance traffic flow and the introduction of a cycle hub to promote sustainable transport options.
