𝗥𝗣𝗘 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 is delighted to announce it has advised on the acquisition by 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 of €168M Espai Girones Shopping Centre. Congratulations to both parties involved. Espai Girones is a successful, high quality mall comprising 40,341 sqm and 125 shop units. The centre has benefitted in the recent years from the opening of Primark in 2021 and more recently from a new Alcampo hypermarket which opened in June 2024. Other key tenants include Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, H&M, C6A and a Yelmo cinema. 💥 NHOOD en colaboración con RPE Capital Markets / JLL ha asesorado a Ceetrus en la venta del centro comercial Alegro Montijo a Lighthouse Capital. Una operación valorada en unos 180 millones de euros, que estuvo en manos de Federico Valentini, Global Head of Capital Markets de NHOOD y Rui Vacas, Head of Capital Markets Iberia, por parte de NHOOD España y NHOOD Portugal. Con una superficie bruta de 62.000 m² y 7,4 millones de visitantes en 2023, se trata de un activo de referencia en el área metropolitana de Lisboa.
