Cooperation. The human super power. Cooperation is a fundamental element of our success as a species. Ironically, lack of it could also potentially be our downfall. Think about it. Cooperation enables us to build cities, protect ourselves, create technology and science, build economies and communities. It is the reason that we survive and flourish as a species. Both teams are pooling their knowledge and skills whilst developing them as they work together. An American abroad. ✈ Our newest RPO team member has taken to our flexible working culture like a duck to water. I first met Kyle Meyer over 6 years ago when he was a key contributor as a team leader participating in an RPO solution to create a high-performance culture within the shop floor of one of our manufacturing clients in North America. 6 years later Kyle has joined our RPO Global team, and we have just positioned him as project lead on an exciting new project we have here in the UK. He will be leading our team in partnership with our client to onboard and embed our end-to-end performance management system for their 4000 staff. Kyle has been shadowing me for a month now and besides getting him hooked on gelato and cake, his first UK visit has been a huge success! #peopleperformance #appraisals #highperformanceculture
